Our Founders & Vision

MAPRIUM was founded by industry leaders with deep experience in Global Managed Access, Clinical Research Operations and compliant technology delivery

Our Mission

We understand the realities of running access programs — the regulatory complexity, operational burden and ethical responsibility involved.

Our mission is to modernize Managed Access by providing a robust, scalable digital platform that supports patients, healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical organizations alike.

Vision

The Maprium platform will transform how MAPs are designed, governed and delivered.

By supporting compliant, auditable, and scalable access programs - whilst improving transparency and decision-making for sponsors and partners alike.

Maprium

The Vision

Maprium’s vision is for a world in which ever-increasing patient demand for access to unlicensed medicines can be managed efficiently, rapidly and safely.

Recognized as a global expert in Managed Access Programs (MAP), Romina Oxborough founded Maprium to address the difficulties caused by long-standing inefficiencies, risk and fragmentation in MAP execution.

Maprium enables pharmaceutical companies to manage multiple MAPs, across different geographies and providers, in one single solution - improving consistency, efficiency and safety.
